Ingredients

  • 150 g low fat cottage cheese - I used Delaco's 2% fat version
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1/4 dill bundle
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 whole-wheat bread slices 2 slices per serving
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Finely chop the onion and the dill.
  • Mix the cheese and the herbs thoroughly.
  • Season with salt if needed.
  • Serve with bread and tomatoes salad.
